Colleen has lived throughout in the lower-mainland for over 40 years and has spent time getting a well rounded education. As well as obtaining her real estate license in 2004 she sharpened her business and marketing skills while attending BCIT for a Marketing Management and Advertising diploma. At BCIT she also completed various graphic design, web design and social media programs. She broadened her creativity at Kwantlen University where she attended Greenhouse Management and Fine Art programs and honed her attention to detail and knowledge of legal matters by studying law at Capilano University where she received honours and awards for her achievements in the two year Paralegal Studies diploma program.

For four years, Colleen worked in the legal department for the largest local real estate developer where she gained hands-on knowledge about many aspects of real estate development across various departments. She practices a healthy lifestyle which includes regular yoga, cycling and hiking on the beautiful North Shore and she is a huge lover of animals, architecture, art and nature. As a full-time real estate agent Colleen's business focus is to serve the community with integrity and foster life-long client relationships by educating clients so they can make informed decisions.
Her business passion includes working with clients who want a little extra care and attention, like seniors downsizing, estate sales, first-time buyers, or clients new to British Columbia.
